Shortlisted for Wasafiri New Writing Prize 2012

I want to bask, for a moment, in the news that my piece “A Tropical Breakdown” has been shortlisted for the Wasafiri New Writing Prize 2012  for Life Writing. The winners will be announced at a special event at Asia House on 3rd October: London’s Radical South Asian Writers-Retro Style  Susheila Nasta will be talking with Daljit Nagra, Bidisha and Shyama Perera.
